Custom Whisper Ridge

"We had Safehaven Homes and Design build our version of the Whisper Ridge on 5-acres in the Estates at Farragut. 

We give them 5 Stars!  From start to finish, the land purchase/design/build process was smooth and professional.

They were always available, explained options clearly, and never pressured us into upgrades.  The build took just over 6 months from the time we broke ground until we got our keys.  Unbelievable for North Idaho!

The quality of Safehaven Homes stands out: 10 foot ceilings throughout with 9 foot solid Alder doors and cabinetry, high vaults, beautiful timbers and cedar soffit, luxury flooring installed perfectly, high-end windows, very high-end appliances, precise trim work, quartz countertops throughout, a full blacktop driveway, and thoughtful details like upgraded insulation and extra-firm floor joists as we requested.

We also added a large, insulated/sheetrocked shop and it matches the design of the house perfectly!

Our final punch-list was minimal and they walked us through everything and fixed the items quickly.

Along our journey, Safehaven Homes added a few wonderful surprises that we were not expecting which greatly added to the overall aesthetic and pride of our new home!
